Step three: This is important! But don't spend too much time on this. In a few brief sentences within your email, please tell us why you think Masonry Vancouver Co. would be a good fit for you and hopefully, soon enough, we'll be telling you why you'd be a great fit for us.

Step four: Keep this in mind because we don't want to get anyone's hopes up or waste anyone's time, that if we do not reply to your email within two weeks that we found someone for an available position already. But as we continue to grow and need workers - who knows! - we may call you back beyond two weeks to offer a long-term position in our company, but don't count on it.
